Refresh me with ^[a](B)apples,
Because ^(C)I am lovesick.
⁶ “Let ^(D)his left hand be under my head
And ^(E)his right hand ^(F)embrace me.”

⁷ “^[b]I ^(G)adjure you, O ^(H)daughters of Jerusalem,
By the ^(I)gazelles or by the ^(J)hinds of the field,
^(K)That you do not arouse or awaken my love
Until ^[c]she pleases.”
